For purposes of this survey, we focused on the four largest ethnic groups in the United States—African Americans, Asian Pacific Americans, Caucasians, and Latinx. Asian Indians, Hawaiians, and Other Pacific Islanders are part of the Asian Pacific American ethnic group.
