ASIANUPWARD EXECUTIVE MASTERMIND (AEM) GROUP
The AsianUpward Executive Mastermind (AEM) Groups feature opportunities to share key insights, proven and next practices, plus specific case studies—culminating in stronger Asian Pacific American (APA) executives and prospective board members. This mastermind group will ultimately create a series of playbooks with these crowdsourced and co-created insights. Commit to mandatory attendance, as executives must attend all sessions (4-8 sessions per year). One session can be missed. This builds trust and engagement in this AEM network.
The AsianUpward Executive Mastermind Group stands out in the following ways:
- Co-Creates a “playbook” of top insights, best and next practices, and detailed case studies customized for APA executives and board members

- Develops more effective executives with leadership and sponsorship skills
- Provides real-time, real-life, practical shared learning in a collaborative environment
- Fosters growth from new, diverse perspectives and high-quality feedback
- Furnishes expanded resources from exceptional organizations and executives
- Encourages even larger global, “big picture” thinking
- Increases well-being, mentally, emotionally, and physically

THE ASIAN360 STUDY
The Asian360 Study measures perspectives of Asian Pacific Americans (APAs) in comparison to other ethnic Americans regarding key characteristics. The cross-ethnic responses from the study will ultimately help APA professionals and the organizations that employ them. We invite individuals from diverse backgrounds to complete this survey to have a 360 perspective.
