Provide your APA professionals with unique and live experiential leadership courses led by the AsianUpward faculty. Lead Effectively through Micro-Level & Macro-Level Dimensions
Effective leadership requires mastery over micro-level and macro-level dimensions. These range from first impressions and micro-messaging to broader situational awareness and global perspective. The Global Leader emphasizes both the grand-scale, visionary viewpoints and the micro-moments that many often miss. As the CEO of Spectrum Knowledge & Chair of Elevate, Vu H. Pham, Ph.D., works with hundreds of organizations from the Fortune 500 to major federal government and international non-profit agencies.
