This approach excels beyond cultural tailoring, as they are crafted with the unique strengths of APAs in mind. Some of these tools will come from the AugmentAsian ToolBook, and others are premium Tools available exclusively for those who partner with us for these classes. These courses feature cross-industry, collective insights from AsianUpward’s partners, which means that the learnings are truly co-created.

Eligibility
Will you be using your organization’s tuition assistance through:

A. Tuition Assistance/Financial Aid Assistance/Deferment
- Talk to your manager about the course and get approval. Enter the course in your organization’s tuition assistance/reimbursement portal and receive approval.
B. Tuition Assistance using Vouchers (such as through Boeing LTP, NGC EdAssist, RTX ESP, etc.)
- Manager approval may not be required at some organizations. Review your eligibility and maximum annual benefits, payment methods, and repayment options.
NOTE: This course provides degree-bearing unit(s) in Business Administration. Pacific College, a WASC-accredited college, will issue transcripts with degree-bearing unit(s) with letter grades, along with a receipt, and a certificate.

Receive the transcript and receipt from Pacific College. Submit those to your organization’s tuition assistance/reimbursement portal.

After submitting the transcript and grade to your organization’s tuition assistance/reimbursement portal, kindly note that you should send us a copy of your voucher after completing the class for invoicing purposes. Payment will then be made to Pacific College.
