The Sphere of Influence features tactics and strategies to elevate APAs toward increased career opportunities and leadership possibilities. This 2-day course focuses on strengthening your influence capabilities as a core, which expands into methods that consciously craft your personal credibility and reputation. The course lessons then amplify these influence foundations with discussions of visibility and how to leverage your surrounding environments toward persuading others.

Learning Enhancement Follow-On Opportunities

Although Elevate’s 2-Day, in-person Sphere of Influence course already proves immediately useful, the Learning Enhancement Follow-On Opportunities extend and boost the experience. Research shows that “spaced” learning significantly increases retention and applicability of lessons. This Option entails additional sessions for several months after the in-person course. As a registered participant, you can select this follow-on to receive:

  • Access: Be granted access to this option, which allows for participants to attend 3 additional 90-minute digital sessions (offered as bimonthly follow-ons) from the comfort of your locale. 
  • Co-Creation: Help determine the main topics for these follow-on sessions. We will survey participants following the primary course to customize and curate selections from Elevate’s library of Trailblaze Tools™. 
  • Relationship Development: In addition, participants from multiple locations can join and interact remotely via digital webcast for a more dynamic learning experience.

The course then applies the sciences, such as economics and behavioral research, toward practical tools that will support your leadership and professional goals. By framing ways that people interact into systems, this course furnishes a global view to really enhance how you can influence others and build interpersonal networks that are of benefit to your organization and marketplace.

Topics include:

  • Context & Situational Systems: Categorize and Utilize Contextual Forces for Personal Optimization
  • Economics of Relationships: Frame and Forge Mutually Beneficial Interpersonal Systems
  • The Science of Persuasion: From Persuasion Research to Your Personal Capacity Cells
